In large, complex litigation, where documents and photographs are voluminous, our office is able to optically scan, index and link the exhibit files to the transcripts, creating a computerized database of the entire case. When reviewing the transcripts included in the database, the linked exhibit files also appear on the monitor in a split screen. Trial presentation is aided and enhanced with this sophisticated technology.
